Leasing your lot allows you to own your home for privacy and independence while keeping the funds normally spent on a lot available for discretionary or emergency purposes. In addition, you have the assurance that the community standards and social and recreational amenities will be carefully maintained.

The monthly lot rent includes leasing the home site, use of recreational facilities, maintenance of all common areas, and trash/ yard debris pick-up.

Yes. We have no restrictions on guests other than they are required to adhere to the same rules as our residents and they cannot stay longer than 30 days per year.

Yes. There are two pet sections in the park for non aggressive breed dogs weighing up to 20 lbs. Homes located on the North side of Burning Tree Circle, 2100 to 2148 with even numbers, and Timber Lane both sides of the street, from 2100 to 2123, are located in the pet sections.

You may sell your home independently, through an agent, or by listing it with us. Most residents prefer that we handle the sale and associated paperwork because this is our area of expertise.
